Production and Availability
All María Vera pieces are made-to-order.
Each piece is handcrafted once the purchase is confirmed. The estimated production time is 15 business days; however, depending on the complexity of the design and the workshop's workload, some pieces may be ready sooner or require more time.
Any changes to the estimated production times will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these production times.
Due to the handmade nature of our processes, slight variations may exist between pieces, which are part of their unique character and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer returns or refunds.
If for any reason you wish to exchange a product, you may request it within the first 10 calendar days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be:

Unused.

In perfect condition.

In its original packaging.

Free from damage caused by misuse.
Shipping costs resulting from exchanges due to customer decision will be borne by the customer.
Custom, made-to-measure, or specially designed pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
Warranty
All María Vera pieces come with a 30-calendar-day warranty from the date of order receipt.
The warranty applies only to defects attributable to the manufacturing process, including:

Manufacturing defects.

Quality issues originating from the workshop.

Incorrect sizes compared to the confirmed order.

Stains or imperfections present upon delivery.
The warranty does not cover:

Natural wear and tear from use.

Bumps, drops, or mistreatment.

Exposure to perfumes, creams, chemical products, or humidity.

Modifications made by third parties.

Damage caused by improper storage.
To claim a warranty, the customer must send photographs and a description of the problem to the brand's official email or contact channel within the coverage period.
Once the case has been evaluated, María Vera will determine whether to repair, replace, or substitute the piece.
Shipping
We ship within the Mexican Republic and to certain international destinations.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, María Vera will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the brand's control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, or issues specific to the package delivery service.
